In 2007, I experienced a massive breakdown in my body (if you’re interested, get the full scoop here ). I felt broken… and I know I’m not alone.

 

Many of you have your own unique story that may include:

  • fatigue, injury, illness

  • navigating a new diagnosis

  • preventative care or family history of illness

  • stress, anxiety, depression, low self-worth

  • digestive issues such as bloating, gas, constipation, loose stools

  • inability to gain or lose weight no matter what you do

  • low sex drive, painful or irregular menstrual cycles

 

Whatever is going on, it’s frustrating to know something feels off and yet, tests come back “normal."  You're exhausted bouncing from office visit to office visit and searching the interwebs for something, ANYTHING that will help you feel better. And on top of it all, that new diet/exercise plan that worked for your best friend's co-worker's cousin, isn't working for you. Where do you begin to get the help you need to put the pieces of your health puzzle together?

You know your life and body better than anyone else, so I’ll meet you where you’re at, listen, and ask some tough questions. Together, we will figure out the steps needed to help you thrive and be your best self. We’ll create an individualized movement, nutrition, and lifestyle action plan, utilizing additional testing and supplements if needed.  We’ll move through the resistance and excuses. We’ll get to the root cause. We’ll take action. We’ll gain insight. And we’ll do it all in a realistic and sustainable way, because it isn’t about perfection, having all the answers, or doing the three-hour morning routine. It's about the willingness to do the daily work that respects and nourishes your body, mind, and spirit.

Count me in! How do I get started?

  1. Woot, woot! I'm so excited you are investing in your health! Getting started is simple. Please contact me at steph@thewellnesscommon.com and we'll schedule a 30-minute complimentary consultation. This will allow us to get to know each other and give insight as to how I can best support you.

  2. Choose the coaching package that best suits your needs. Not only do I accept credit cards, but I also accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. While I don't directly accept insurance yet, I can provide you with a Superbill, which allows you to submit these services to your insurance company. If your insurance includes dietitian/nutrition services, then you may get reimbursed or have the amount applied to your deductible.

  3. Once the service is selected, I'll send you a Welcome email with a few forms for you to complete prior to your first session, as well as order any tests that may be necessary. If you have any recent blood chemistry lab work, please send those results too.

  4. Now let's create a healthy body, mind, and spirit so you can live fully. Go get 'em, Tiger!
