Whether you want to improve your cardiovascular health, need to burn off some frustration/ nervousness/ stress, or simply feel like moving your body, this workout will do the trick. It requires no equipment and can be done in a small space if you need to move your workout inside your home.
As always, listen to your body (and get the A-okay from your doctor). I’ll give you various modifications to choose from, so choose which one is best for you.
Work: 20 seconds, Rest: 10 seconds, Rounds: 2 (feel free to do less or more)
Speed Squats or Jump Squats
Jumping Jacks or Cross Jacks
Split Squat or Alternating Reverse Lunge or Alternating Split Squat Jumps
Additional Modifications: walk in place, busta’ move, jog in place, high knees, etc.
