You might be thinking, "Five minutes? What's the point?" I get it. However, think about all of the things you do in a day that may only take five minutes and they have huge results. What if you didn't take five minutes to floss and brush your teeth or wash your face? It would probably effect your health pretty profoundly.
Whether you're working on establishing a movement routine or are short on time, this is a great workout. Can't wait to workout with you!
